3 oz GEORGE’S® Sweet and Sour Mix
2 oz pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
1 tsp maple syrup
Dash of pumpkin pie spice
Star anise or cinnamon stick for garnish

1.  In a shaker, combine George’s Sweet & Sour Mix, pumpkin puree, and maple syrup.
2.  Add a dash of pumpkin pie spice and shake with ice until frothy.
3.  Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
4.  Garnish with star anise or a cinnamon stick.
