1 1/2 oz GEORGE’S® Lime Margarita Mix
3 oz fresh Apple Cider
6 mint leaves
1 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Pinch of cinnamon
3 oz Ginger Ale

Place Geroge’s Lime Mix apple cider, cinnamon, apple cider vinegar and a few ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Clap the mint together in your hands to release the scent then add to the shaker. Shake for about 20-30 seconds until the ingredients are well combined. Strain and pour into an ice filled glass and top off with chilled ginger ale. Stir gently, then garnish with mint, some dried citrus and/or a cinnamon stick.
