Cucumber Basil Cooler

1 1/2 oz GEORGE’S® Lime Margarita Mix
2 oz fresh cucumber juice**
3 fresh basil leaves
1/2 oz honey syrup
Club soda

Muddle basil then add George’s Lime Mix and cucumber juice. Shake well, then strain into an ice filled glass. Top off with chilled club soda. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon.

**Make cucumber juice with a grater; make sure you wash the cucumber well.

• Using a grater, grate your cucumber. You could alternatively try to chop it very finely, but grating yields the best results (and is faster to do).

• Then transfer the cucumber to either cheesecloth or nut milk bag and twist and squeeze to get out as much liquid as possible.
