GEORGE’S® Bloody Mary Dipping Sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup vodka
1 cup GEORGE’S® Frank’s RedHot®, Old Bay®️, Zatarain’s®, Spicy or Mild Bloody Mary mix
Salt and pepper to taste
In a small sauce pan over medium heat, cook onion for about 5 min, until softened. Add vodka and reduce by half, approximately 5 min. Add GEORGE’S ®, bring to a gentle boil and simmer for a few minutes to thicken a bit. Add a little salt and pepper to taste and dip away with delicious grilled steak or whatever meat and veggies you like!
