GEORGE’S® Bloody Mary Marinated Steaks
4- 6oz beef tenderloin steaks
1 cup George’s® Frank’s RedHot®, Old Bay®, Zatarain’s®, Spicy or Mild Bloody Mary Mix (shake well before using)
1 T fresh squeezed lime juice
2-3 tsp seasoned salt
1 1/2 T butter, softened (we add a dash of George to kick it up!)
Mix George and lime juice and place in a large ziploc bag. Place steaks in marinade, seal, and refrigerate for at least 12 hours. Mix butter (with George if desired for a kick). Heat grill, and spray with olive oil spray. Remove steaks from marinade and discard marinade. Pat steaks dry, and season with seasoned salt. Grill steaks to desired doneness. When done, let steak rest for a couple of minutes and top each with butter.
