GEORGE’S® Buffalo Chicken Meatballs
1 lb. lean ground chicken
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 oz. crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup GEORGE’S® Frank’s RedHot®, Old Bay®, Zatarain’s®, Spicy or Mild Bloody Mary Mix (divided) *
1 T butter
DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350. Line a cookie sheet with foil or parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, green onions, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, salt, 1/4 cup of GEORGE’S, and the blue cheese. Gently fold but don’t overmix. Form into meatballs, approx. 28 or the size you want. Place onto cookie sheet and bake about 20 minutes. When the meatballs are almost done cooking, put remaining 1/4 cup GEORGE’S and butter in a microwave safe bowl and cook for about 30 seconds. Stir to combine. Remove meatballs from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Place meatballs on a serving dish and drizzle with GEORGE’S butter mixture.
You can also make these into chicken burgers and grill….Awesome!!
