1 lime wheel
8 mint leaves
3 oz GEORGE’S® Piña Colada Mix
3 oz Coconut Rum
3 oz Club Soda
Lime wheel and mint leaves for garnish

Place a lime wheel and mint leaves in a highball glass and carefully muddle to release lime juice and mint leaves. Fill the glass halfway with ice overtop the the lime and mint. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add George’s Piña Colada Mix and the coconut rum and shake well. Strain and pour into the glass and top off with the club soda. Stir carefully and garnish with lime and mint.
