GEORGE’S® Grilled Flank Steak
1 cup GEORGE’S® Frank’s RedHot®, Old Bay®, Zatarain’s®, Spicy or Mild Bloody Mary Mix
1/2 cup vodka
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 tsp onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 lb flank steak
Combine and mix thoroughly the first 6 ingredients in a large resealable plastic bag. Add flank steak and marinade at least 8 hours or up to 24 hours. Remove steak, blot off excess marinade and discard marinade. We grilled 2 minutes per side on high to mark it, then lowered heat to medium and grilled about 7-8 minutes more per side for medium rare. Remove steak, tent with foil or a clean towel and rest it for 5-10 minutes, then slice against the grain and dig in!
