GEORGE’S® Grilled Margarita Shrimp
1 lb Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
2 T GEORGE’S® Margarita Mix
2 T Tequila Blanco
3 T Olive oil
3 T Cilantro
2 garlic cloves minced
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/4 tsp salt
*Stir shrimp along with remaining ingredients in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate in marinade for 30 minutes.
*Preheat grill for high heat and lightly oil grates.
*Remove shrimp from marinade and thread onto skewers.
*Cook until shrimp is no longer pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
