2 1/2 oz Irish Whiskey

2 oz GEORGE’S® Sweet and Sour Mix

1 egg white

2 dashes Bitters

• In a cocktail shaker, add a few ice cubes and all od the ingredients .
• Shake very well for at least 30-45 seconds. The shaker should feel cold to the touch.
• Pour and strain into a rock glass.
• Sprinkle cocktail with a few drops of bitters to add some color to the egg white.
• **Can also be made without the egg white**
