GEORGE’S® Meatloaf with Bloody Mary Sauce
Meatloaf:
1 1/2 lbs. meatloaf mixture
1/2 cup diced onions
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
3/4 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
1/2 cup GEORGE’S®Frank’s RedHot®, Old Bay®, Zatarain’s®, Spicy or Mild Bloody Mary Mix (be sure to shake well before adding)
1 large egg, beaten
2-3 T vodka (optional)
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
Bloody Mary Sauce:
1- 8oz can of tomato sauce
1/2 cup GEORGE’S® Old Bay, Spicy or Mild Bloody Mary Mix
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1-2 tsp vodka (optional)
1/4 tsp salt
dash ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 350
For meatloaf:
In a large bowl, combine all 12 ingredients and mix well. Form meatloaf and place in a baking pan.
For Sauce:
Mix all ingredients and pour on top of the meatloaf.
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. ENJOY!! (From: Katherine)
