GEORGE’S® Sausage and Peppers
1 lb chicken sausage or sausage of your choice
1 onion, sliced
1 medium to large bell pepper of your choice, sliced into strips
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup your choice George’s® Old Bay®, Zatarain’s®, Spicy or Mild Bloody Mary Mix
1-8 oz can diced tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
Heat 1-2 T of oil in a 12″ skillet. Add sausage and cook until browned. Remove sausage from pan and add peppers, onions, garlic, diced tomatoes, and George’s® Bloody Mary and cook until tender about 5-7 minutes. Add the sausage to the mixture and at that point, add the salt and pepper. Cook at medium to low setting and simmer for about 20 min.
