GEORGE’S® Slow Cooker ‘Buffalo’ Chicken Sandwiches
1- lb chicken thighs (we used boneless, skinless thighs)
1 cup GEORGE’S Frank’s RedHot®, Old Bay, Spicy or Mild Bloody Mary Mix
1/2 of a 1 oz package dry ranch salad dressing mix
2 T butter
Hoagie rolls or buns
Place chicken in slow cooker and pour GEORGE’S® and ranch dressing overtop. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours. Remove meat and shred with 2 forks and return chicken to the slow cooker along with the butter. Stir to combine and cook on low for another 1/2-1 hour longer so the meat can soak up the sauce. Serve on rolls or buns and top with blue cheese or ranch dressing if desired and get ready to enjoy!
