2 oz Tequila (Preferably reposado, but you can use what you have)

1 1/2- 2 oz GEORGE’S® Sweet and Sour Mix

2 dashes Angostura bitters (can work without bitters)

1 egg white

Cocktail cherry and lime wedge for garnish

• Add first 4 ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake very well for 15 seconds.
• Add ice to cocktail shaker and shake very well for 30 seconds.
• Strain into a glass, the foam will collect at the top.
• Garnish with a lime wedge and a cocktail cherry.
