3 oz GEORGE’S Piña Colada Mix
12-14 mint leaves, plus a mint sprig for garnish
Ice
4 oz chilled club soda or enough to top off
Pomegranate seeds for garnish

Combine George’s Piña Colada Mix and ice in a blender and blend until smooth and frosty. In a glass, gently muddle mint leaves. Pour mixture into glass and top off off with the chilled club soda. Garnish with mint leaves and pomegranate seeds.
