Blood Orange Champagne Mule

1 oz GEORGE’S® Organic Vodka
Juice of 1 medium Blood Orange
Juice of a 1/2 a Lime
8-10 mint leaves
2 oz chilled Ginger Beer
Chilled Champagne (or Prosecco) to top

In a glass, combine George’s® Organic Vodka, blood orange juice and the lime juice. Add the ginger beer and top off with the champagne. Give it a gentle stir and garnish with additional mint leaves and a blood orange slice.
