2 oz Bourbon

1 oz GEORGE’S® Sweet and Sour Mix

1 oz Pineapple Juice

1 egg white

Pineapple wedge for garnish

• Place the Bourbon, GEORGE’S® Sweet and Sour Mix and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake very well for at 30-45 seconds.
• Pour into a glass with ice and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
