1 1/2 oz GEORGE’S® Organic Vodka
3/4 oz fresh squeezed lemon
1/2 oz simple syrup
Ice
2-3 oz chilled champagne
Garnish with lemon twist and cocktail cherry

Add vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds until very chilled. Pour and strain into a champagne flute. Top with chilled champagne. Add a lemon twist to the side of the glass and drop in a cocktail cherry for garnish.
