1 1/2 oz Amaretto

1/2 Bourbon

1 oz GEORGE’S® Sweet and Sour Mix

1 egg white

2 dashes bitters

cocktail cherry and lemon slice for garnish

• Add all ingredients, except garnishes, to a cocktail shaker and shake well for 15 seconds.
• Add ice and shake for 30 seconds until cold
• Strain and pour into a glass, foam will collect at the top.
• Garnish with a cocktail cherry and a lemon slice if desired.
