1- 1 1/2 oz GEORGE’S® Sweet and Sour Mix

1 egg white

orange peel and cocktail cherry for garnish

• Add first 3 ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake very well for 15 seconds.
• Add ice to cocktail shaker and shake again for 30 seconds until very cold.
• Strain and pour into a lowball or old fashioned glass. Foam will collect at the top.
• Serve with ice if desired and garnish with an orange peel and cocktail cherry.
