6 Fresh cherries

2 1/2 oz Bourbon

2 1/2 oz GEORGE’S® Sweet and Sour Mix

Egg white

• In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh cherries then add the Bourbon and GEORGE’S Sweet and Sour Mix. Give it a good shake, about 15 seconds.
• Add the egg white and shake very well for 20-30 more seconds. Fine strain into a chilled glass.
• Garnish with fresh cherries.
